The German Colony Tour
The German Colony was established in 1869 by members of the Temple Society who came to the Holy Land from Germany.
In recent years, the German Colony has been renovated and has become a thriving entertainment district. Among the German Colony's rustic stone houses, there are coffee houses, restaurants offering an array of cuisines, as well as quaint pubs brimming with atmosphere. Evening is particularly magical as the Bahai Gardens up above are lit, terrace by terrace of twinkling lights. Visitors to the German Colony are invited to a gorgeous visual experience blending light and color, unique to this place only.
