If you are here in Haifa, you should take the opportunity and visit Old Acre (Akko), our neighbor to the north, with its ancient walled city and lively street market. There are many ways to get to Akko, but the most spectacular one is probably the cruise boat, Malkat Akko (Queen of Akko). You can board in Haifa at gate 5 in the port, near Merkaz Hashmona train station and disembark at Akko Marina, in the new terminal and come back using the same route.
