Perry’s B&B

This is a studio apartment, with a private entrance leading to the outdoors. The apartment has air conditioning and heating. There is a living room area with a TV and where the sofa can be extended into a double bed. In the kitchen there is a microwave, a fridge, and an electric stove for cooking. There is also a toilet and a shower.

In addition, there is one room with a separate entrance, which includes a double bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, a kitchenette, a toilet and a shower.

All these rooms also share a large communal balcony and a garden with a great view.
We would prefer our guests to refrain from smoking.
