The rating system - IBB is a t project of Ministry of Tourism aims to straighten the line and create a uniform rating of essential criteria, including quality, service, truth in advertising, and availability in the bed and breakfasts industry.
Upon joining the IBB project all guest rooms and guest units are being tested by about 140 criteria in accordance with international standards. At the end of the process the units are rated A, B or C. where A is at the highest end of the scale with the largest accommodations and the most facilities, and C is the lowest but has all the basic facilities.
Qualified B&Bs receive a certificate and a special sign indicating the ranking.
